Panjareh
After the death of his father, a young man goes to Tehran to work in his uncle's factory. There he falls for a dancer whom he gets pregnant. She hopes that the young man will marry her but he has become friendly with his cousin, and he enters the high society life of Tehran. To be rid of her, he decides to murder her. The film won for best b/w cinematography at the 3rd Iranian National Film Festival (Sepas) in 1971.

of her most memoralble and romantic films have been made with
good friend and superstar veteran Iranian (and international)
actor Behrouz Vossoughi, and the screen never sizzled hotter
than when these two got together. Like Elizabeth Taylor and Richard
Burton, their onscreen romances, fights and all around chemistry
sparked many rumors about a real relationship offscreen. Each
denies it. Hmmm? Wethinks they doth protest too much!
Googoosh
also pioneered and perfected the art of the modern music video.
